Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
* Lead and develop the People Admin team to deliver high-quality HR support across the business
* Oversee onboarding, leaver processes, and all HR transactional activities, ensuring accuracy, legal and regulatory compliance
* Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement development plans
* Ensure all offers, contracts, and employee records are accurate and up to date
* Support People Partners with first-line HR queries, exit interviews, and ad hoc admin tasks
* Collaborate with Recruitment, L&D, and Facilities to ensure a seamless employee experience
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in HR administration and managing the employee lifecycle
* At least 1 year of team leadership experience
* Strong stakeholder management, confidentiality and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work at pace
* CIPD Level 3 and proficient IT skills (MS Office suite, HR systems etc.)
