We're looking for two Paralegals to join our non-contentious Real Estate team in Cambridge! The role This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of matters, managing your own smaller transactions and supporting the delivery of larger, cross-office projects. You'll be an integral part of our Real Estate National Service Line, collaborating with leading partners and professional support lawyers on exciting projects and client work. Key areas of work for the team are: development work property investment portfolio acquisitions and disposals acting for both buyers and sellers advising private and institutional investors in relation to landlord and tenant issues general property portfolio management including: leases surrenders licences wayleaves easements rent reviews corporate support in connection with share and business acquisitions/disposals property related banking and finance support Our client base includes: Property owners and investors, including pension funds, government departments, non-departmental government bodies and charities Developers, comprising a range of landowners, promoters, development managers, and master developers Banks and other finance providers Corporates with portfolio property holdings The person We're looking for someone with a solid legal foundation, strong drafting and research skills, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, and organised, with IT literacy, numeracy, and enthusiasm for client relationships and marketing. It would be useful if you have existing paralegal or legal experience within a commercial real estate team, although this is not essential We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
