Summary

£27,000 - £34,000 per annum | 6-Month Fixed Term Contract | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave

As a Regional Recruitment Administrator at Lidl, you’ll be a multi-tasking, efficient, people-oriented professional. Your responsibilities include assisting with applications, gathering recruitment data, arranging interviews, and managing the influx of new recruits. This role is ideal for someone eager to face new challenges daily and make a meaningful impact.

What you'll do

1. Publish job adverts on recruitment channels
2. Screen and select suitable candidates independently, coordinate interviews, and conduct phone screenings
3. Keep applicants informed via phone, letter, and email
4. Serve as the friendly first contact for external recruitment inquiries
5. Support and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers

What you'll need

1. Computer skills with Word, Excel, and database experience
2. Previous recruitment experience is highly advantageous
3. Confident communication skills with individuals at all levels and excellent literacy
4. A friendly, proactive attitude
5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
6. Initiative and keen attention to detail
