Asan Associate you will take on responsibility for project deliveryproviding expert guidance and oversight to ensure projects progresssmoothly at all stages. Youll have the opportunity to work on adiverse range of projects ensuring theyre managed to the highestprofessional standards. Additionally youll play a key role inbusiness development collaborating with the Directors to generatenew opportunities develop fee proposals and nurture clientrelationships. As part of the Senior Team youll contribute to themanagement and development of the practice taking the lead onstrategic professional matters such as CDM andBIM.
To qualify...You could be an Associate / Senior Architect / Architect or similarwith a CV and portfolio thatdemonstrates:
* Experience in thedelivery of projects in different sectors and of varying size frominception to completion (a minimum of 7 years of postqualificationexperience).
* You are a versatile and committedindividual with initiative seeking a newchallenge.
* Proven ability to manage projectsand teams effectively and collaboratively.
* Youare proficient in AutoCAD and able to take the lead in REVIT;experience in BIM coordination preferred.
* Youare ARB Registered with knowledge of contractmanagement.
* An interest in the business side ofarchitecture.
* Permanent right to live and workin the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
