We’re looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our dedicated teams across mainstream secondary schools in High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Amersham and Aylesbury.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students both 1:1 and in small group settings, helping them to engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs.
 * Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to deliver individualised strategies.
 * Encourage positive behaviour and promote inclusion in the classroom.
 * Assist with learning activities, classroom organisation and student progress monitoring.
What We’re Looking For:
 * Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
 * A positive, patient and proactive approach to supporting learning.
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
 * A genuine passion for making a difference in young people’s lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
