About the Role As a Residential Practitioner, you will: Provide a safe, nurturing environment that fosters growth and development. Work within a team that's committed to your career development and well-being. About You You'll bring: Strong literacy, numeracy, and basic computer skills. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or be willing to work towards it-we'll cover the costs!). Experience supporting young people with additional emotional and behavioral needs (through work, volunteering, placements, or personal experience). Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and bank holidays.
