3. Manage and coordinate service schedules efficiently to meet customer requirements.
4. Communicate with customers to confirm service appointments and address any scheduling queries.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and resource allocation.
6. Track and update scheduling information in the system accurately and in a timely manner.
7. Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when necessary.
8. Provide outstanding customer service while handling enquiries professionally.
9. Maintain clear and effective communication with field teams to ensure service delivery.
10. Contribute to process improvements and suggest ways to enhance scheduling efficiency
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Scheduler should have:
11. Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or customer service role.
12. Strong organisational and time management skills.
13. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
14. Proficiency in using scheduling software or similar tools.
15. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
