Position Summary:
We are looking for a Program Manager to innovate, win, and grow with us on our Customer Team.
As a Customer Operations Program Manager, you will embrace change and support the Operations of Services, Support, Customer Success, and Renewals, delivering value-add programs and projects to achieve the business strategic plan. You will work cross-functionally, identifying process gaps and turning targets into actionable projects through workshops and consultation.
As a hands-on program manager, you will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done, achieving the desired oues and outputs scoped within the programs, managing interdependencies between projects, programs and portfolios, and documenting processes and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
2. Analyze, evaluate, and ovee program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
3. Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
4. Implementing and sharing best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning, management etc.
5. Building relationships with stakeholders across multiples levels within the business.
6. Recording and Analyzing data & measurements of processes to identify future improvements that contribute to the business strategy.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,bined with the ability to provide efficient and creative resolutions to problems.
Education and Experience:
8. Minimum 3 years working experience in project and/or program management.
9. A project management qualification (PMP, APM, PRINCE2, etc.) is desired but not essential.
10. A working knowledge of continuous improvements principles (, Lean Six Sigma)
11. Excellentmunication, time-management, and organization skills.
12. Proficiency in using and an understanding of Salesforce.
13. Exposure to Power BI reporting and its capabilities.
