About the Role
Act as a support function for the Morson Screening team carrying out various duties
to assist with the day-to-day processing of candidates vetting on behalf of our clients.
Work within Morson Screening Team, with our Morson team members to effectively
carry out and complete background checks from start to finish. Processing all aspects
of a candidates vetting, keeping them and systems up to date. To be successful in this
role, you must be motivated and self-driven, be able to multi-task and have a can-do
positive attitude. No two days will ever be the same, so you must be a quick learner
and mature in your approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Creating a great first impression for candidates, being the first point of contact for
the team
* Send out portal links for candidates to complete, in order to initiate their vetting
* Send out portal links for candidates to complete, in order to initiate their DBS check
for Basic, Standard and Enhanced checks
* Processing DBS renewals
* Making outbound calls to candidates and third parties at key points during the
vetting process to aid with completion of candidate background checks
* Handle candidate queries, emails and phone calls
* Ensure all enquires are recorded and attended to punctually and efficiently
* Assisting the team on ensuring that all documents are uploaded into the screening
platform
* Working with Excel on an ad hoc basis
* Provide accurate information to stakeholders both verbally and written
* Answer candidate enquiries
* Work as part of the team
* Work across different vetting systems as required
* Plan, manage and monitor vetting activities, managing competing demands and
prioritise
Essential Skills
* Excellent administration skills+
* Experience in a fast-paced environment and managing different priorities
* Data entry skills are essential
* An ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong computer skills across MS applications, in particular Excel
* Good organisational skills and ability to balance conflicting priorities
* Discretion in handling sensitive information
* Adaptive to changing requirements
