What you will do as an Electrical Design Engineer
* Design and develop advanced electrical schematics for complex projects.
* Analyse and optimise electrical systems for maximum efficiency and performance.
* Define detailed requirements for electrical systems to ensure robust design foundations.
* Document schematics and designs with precision and accuracy.
* Select cables and protective devices to the highest safety standards.
* Provide expert input on component selection and design reviews.
* Collaborate with engineering and project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
* Take on a variety of engineering tasks, demonstrating flexibility and versatility.
* Contribute to internal and external meetings with valuable technical insights.
* Maintain well-structured documentation aligned with operating procedures.
What you will bring as an Electrical Design Engineer
* Minimum HNC in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
* Experience specifying electrical components and understanding of electrical standards.
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
* Familiarity with schematic capture and design review processes.
* Flexible and adaptable approach with strong problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of electronics and system-level integration.
* Proven experience designing electrical systems for complex projects.
* Proficiency in Zuken E3 or similar schematic capture / design tools.
