What you'll be doing:
Supporting senior Quantity Surveyors in managing contracts, procurement, and commercial reporting.
Assisting with cost planning, valuation of works, and preparation of interim and final accounts.
Engaging directly with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate cost control and effective project delivery.
Contributing to tender preparation, risk assessments, and value engineering exercises.

What we're looking for:
A degree or apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
A keen eye for detail, strong numerical skills, and a genuine passion for the construction industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - able to liaise confidently with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients.
Ambition and drive to develop into a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor with exposure to Tier One projects.
