PMR are currently working with a well-established, UK-based property consultancy seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Operative to join the team at one of their flagship Build to Rent developments in Manchester. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, site-based position. Key Responsibilities Deliver general apartment and estate maintenance, including securing loose fittings, repairing signage,
