Key Responsibilities Collaborating effectively with the class teacher and fellow Teaching Assistants to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Providing one-on-one and group support to students Assisting with behaviour management, applying your skills to create a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere. Supporting students in developing essential life skills and independence as they transition to adulthood. The Ideal Candidate/Qualifications: Must hold QTS qualification Experience in teaching Knowledge of the nation curriculum and strong classroom management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong desire and passion for teaching and making a positive impact.
