Civil Court Paralegal
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £30-35k

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Civil Court Paralegal to join their established team in Glasgow. This role offers exposure to a broad range of civil dispute matters across the Scottish courts and would suit a candidate looking to further develop their litigation experience within a forward-thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting solicitors in the management of a varied civil litigation caseload across all Scottish courts
* Drafting legal documentation, correspondence, and court papers
* Assisting with court preparation, including management of productions and liaison with clients, counsel, and third parties
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records
* Delivering a high standard of client care through clear and timely communication
* Supporting efficient case progression in line with deadlines and service standards
* Assisting with compliance, risk management, and internal quality procedures
Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience in civil court or litigation work is advantageous, though not essential
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficient in the use of case management systems and legal technology
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
