The Opportunity
This position offers the chance to handle a broad and rewarding private client caseload within a supportive, close-knit team. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Provide clear, empathetic, and commercially aware advice tailored to individual client needs
* Work with HNW and UHNW clients, financial advisors, and other professional contacts
* Draft, review, and oversee complex legal documentation to a high standard
* Play an active role in business development and contribute to the growth of the department
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
* Strong technical expertise in Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Planning
* Excellent client care, communication, and drafting skills
* Ability to manage work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach
* Ambitious, professional, and eager to develop within a progressive team
