A local law firm are recruiting for a receptionist to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional environment, providing a welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Duties
1. Greeting clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
2. Answering and directing incoming calls
3. Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring reception is tidy and presentable
4. Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
5. Providing general administrative support to the team as required
Requirements
6. Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (legal sector experience desirable but not essential)
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Professional telephone manner and ability to handle enquiries with discretion
9. Good organisational skills and attention to detail
