Aztrum is pleased to be working alongside a well-established and design-led architectural practice based in Tamworth. Known for delivering high-quality projects across large-scale residential, mixed-use, commercial, and masterplanning sectors, the practice is looking to appoint a talented Architect with strong Revit proficiency to support their growing workload.
This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded Architect with experience across all RIBA stages, who is confident leading projects, engaging with clients, and contributing to both design and technical delivery.
Key responsibilities for the Architect:
Lead projects across RIBA Stages 1–6 from feasibility through to completion.
Produce and coordinate design and technical packages using Revit.
Manage client relationships and lead design workshops.
Support planning submissions and delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Contribute to BIM processes and digital workflows within the practice.
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and sustainability targets. Key requirements for the Architect:
ARB registered Architect.
Strong proficiency in Revit (essential).
Proven experience across all RIBA work stages.
Experience within large-scale residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
Strong design and technical delivery capability.
Experience working with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and sustainability standards (e.g. BREEAM).
