About Your Role
* Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Pedestrian Modeller to join our team in the UK. Our team supports projects across sectors such as Rail, Aviation, Sports, Tall Buildings, Cultural, and Masterplanning.
* Our UK team is based in London, Leeds, and Newcastle, but applications from anywhere in the UK are welcome, with 33 offices to choose from.
* Your responsibilities include building models, planning surveys, supporting junior staff, and contributing to business development. There are also opportunities for growth in technical skills, business development, and management.
* You will initially focus on delivering current projects, with opportunities to engage in innovative research initiatives.
What We Will Be Looking For
* An undergraduate degree in a numerate or transport discipline; a Masters is a plus but not essential.
* Experience with at least one main Pedestrian Modelling software such as Bentley Legion or PTV VISWALK.
* Additional software skills like CAST, Mass Motion, VISUM, VISSIM, etc., are advantageous.
* 1-6 years of experience supporting project managers and assisting graduates.
* Strong numerical skills for processing survey data, creating demand inputs, and analyzing outputs.
* Familiarity with industry guidance/standards from entities like Network Rail, Transport for London, etc.
