Assistant Brand Manager
Cole Beauty Ltd is a fast‑growing global beauty business, home to Grace Cole, Boutique, The Retreat England and The Luxury Bathing Co. Female‑founded and headquartered in Cheadle, South Manchester, we sell in over 50 countries and we are growing fast.
We build brands that earn loyal customers, not just impressions. Our products sit at the intersection of beautiful design, fragrance‑led experience and genuine commercial performance. We are ambitious, agile and entrepreneurial, and we want people who thrive in that environment.
The Role
This is a role for someone who is organised, detail‑oriented and genuinely excited about getting stuck into the day‑to‑day work of building great brands.
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will work across a portfolio of personal care brands with real ownership of projects from the start. This is not a support role in the traditional sense. Once you are up to speed, you will be planning and scheduling social media content, running email and CRM campaigns, coordinating launches, briefing agencies and keeping multiple workstreams moving at the same time.
The candidate we are looking for takes pride in doing things properly. You notice when something is off, you follow things through to completion and you do not let details slip. You are comfortable managing a busy workload under pressure, juggling competing deadlines without losing your grip on the detail, and communicating clearly across teams when things are moving fast.
You will need to be comfortable with social media and email marketing as core parts of your job, not occasional extras. Experience with Klaviyo or a similar CRM platform is a real advantage. We are not looking for someone who has dabbled; we want someone who has used these channels and is ready to own them.
