Scotland-wide | Six-figure base + equity
This isn't a management role. It's a mandate. A well-capitalised national broking group is building its Scottish corporate operation from scratch — and they need a leader with the vision, credibility, and drive to make it their own.
The Opportunity
You'll take on full P&L ownership from day one, shaping the culture, structure, and strategic direction of a newly formed Scottish corporate team.
This is a rare chance to join at the founding stage of something significant — with the infrastructure of a national group behind you and the freedom of a regional entrepreneur in front of you.
The client base is already there. A pre-qualified pipeline of large UK-domiciled corporates and multinationals is waiting to be converted.
You'll lead from the front — managing relationships at C-suite and risk management level — while building and developing your team around you.
This role also connects you into the wider UK strategic growth agenda. If you've ever wanted to be part of shaping something at national level — not just executing someone else's vision — this is your moment.
What You'll Do
* Own P&L and operational strategy for the Scottish region
* Build and lead the corporate broking team from the ground up
* Win and grow large corporate client relationships across Scotland and beyond
* Drive sales strategy, pipeline development and revenue delivery
* Act as brand and relationship ambassador across the Scottish market
* Contribute to UK-wide strategic leadership conversations
What You'll Bring
* Broking leadership experience at regional or divisional level
* A proven track record of winning and retaining major corporate accounts
* C-suite gravitas and a network that opens doors
* Commercial ambition — to build something, not just manage it
* The vision to shape culture, structure and strategy from day one
Why This, Why Now?
Equity.
Autonomy.
A national platform.
And the kind of opportunity that only comes around once or twice in a career. Conversations are confidential and entirely without obligation.
