We are recruiting a full time Digital Content Trainee to join our dynamic marketing team and help deliver digital campaigns and exponential website traffic growth.
The successful Digital Content Trainee will join the team responsible for IAI.TV, have training and responsibilities across many aspects of digital website management and marketing, including Data Analysis, Content Management, SEO, User Experience Customer Experience, and Content Production. You will work closely with your colleagues in the planning and delivery of the range of the IAI's digital marketing activity. Tasks such as analysing content trends and user behaviour will be a key feature of your role along with optimising our websites and content to help drive ongoing success.
The successful candidate will be a good communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to write short, accessible, and engaging copy. The ideal candidate would have some digital marketing experience. Familiarity with analytics software such as Google Analytics would be advantageous, but the mathematical ability to interpret and respond to data patterns, and the editorial ability to assess content's quality, is essential. Experience working with content management would also be desirable along with some understanding of basic SEO principles. All candidates will need a strong academic background with at least a 2.1 from a leading university. Some background in philosophy is highly desirable.
