Fraud Advisor - Travel Company (£13/hr)
About this job:
* Work with our partner, a world-leader in the travel planning industry
* Help make sure the customers are getting a great experience by ensuring accurate information on the website
* The pay for this role is £13/hr
Responsibilities
* Assisting with validation checks of advertisers
* Analyze information and make conclusions in an efficient manner about the legitimacy of the supplier/booking
* Make telephone calls and handle emails to assist customers with any additional checks we may need to validate them
* Evaluate the risk that an existing customer would pose to the company
Required Qualifications
* At least 6 months experience dealing with fraud related issues
* Previous customer service experience in an office or call center environment
* Strong phone skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Ability to work a hybrid schedule based in Oxford with one weekend shift every other weekend
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the travel, travel planning or hospitality industry
