EYFS Teacher (Full-Time)
Location: BL0 Area (Bury)
Start Date: May Half Term | Potential Extension into the next Academic Year
Pay: £110 – £170 per day (AWR will be addressed)
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the BL0 area of Bury.
This full-time role will begin after May half term and run through to the end of the academic year. For the right candidate who settles in well, there is a strong possibility of the role continuing into the next academic year.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching within an EYFS setting, creating a stimulating and supportive environment that encourages early development and a love for learning. The role requires a confident practitioner with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
* Deliver structured phonics sessions to support early literacy
* Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress using online assessment tools
* Work collaboratively with support staff and parents
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience teaching within EYFS (essential)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Experience delivering phonics (e.g. Read Write Inc, Letters and Sounds, or similar)
* Familiarity with online assessment tools such as Too Simple (2Simple) or Tapestry
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
ECTs are welcome to apply, however experience within an EYFS setting is essential.
