Your new role
1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
2. Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget and forecast.
3. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
4. Provide variance analysis andmentary to senior management.
5. Support cost control initiatives and identify areas for financial improvement.
6. Maintain and develop financial models to support business planning.
7. Collaborate with operational teams to understand financial drivers and performance.
8. Ensurepliance with internal controls and financial policies.
9. Assist with year-end audit and liaise with external auditors.
10. Continuously improve financial processes and reporting systems.
What you'll need to succeed
11. Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
12. Proven experience in a management accounting or financial accounting role.
13. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
15. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, andmunication skills.
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
