Job Description
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals for the position of Children's Support Worker. If you have a passion for caring for vulnerable children and young people and you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you:
Location: Horsham
Payrate : £13 - £17
Key Requirements:
* Driving License: Full UK driving licence required
* Eligibility: Right to work in the UK
* Experience: Minimum of 6 months paid childcare experience in the UK
* Enhanced DBS on the update service
* Experience working with children & young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviour
* Excellent written and verbal communication, clear and effective communication skills
Responsibilities:
* Provide care and support to vulnerable children & young people
* Handle emotional and behavioural difficulties with empathy and understanding
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
* Ensure the safety and well-being of the children & young people under your care
* Maintain open communication with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
