Duties
Interrogating title
Managing your own caseload
Regular communication with clients and third parties
Drafting clear and precise correspondence and documents
Keeping updated on relevant law and regulations affecting our area of work
Key Skills
Expertise in residential property is advantageous but not vital
Confident, adaptable communication
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Positive, proactive can-do attitude
