An exciting opportunity has arisen within the West Caithness Health and Social Care Team. We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multidisciplinary team.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative and clerical service for the Care at Home Manager and the Care at Home Service in West Caithness. You will act as the first point of contact for care staff, service users, their families, and members of the wider integrated team.
To carry out the duties effectively and safely, candidates should demonstrate:
1. Good computer, word-processing, and typing skills.
2. A good understanding of general office practices and procedures.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. The ability to work under pressure and respect confidentiality.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 37 hours per week, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, or as per service requirements.
Please note: This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), and NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with one.
