Job Description
1. Ensure all risk assessments are up to date and digitized for each hotel and department.
2. Organize compliance visits and maintenance repairs weekly, monthly, and yearly, following Accor policies.
3. Maintain compliance and follow up to pass annual audits such as technical, health and safety, and food safety.
4. Perform monthly checks in kitchens to ensure HACCP standards and company policies are followed.
5. Assist maintenance with monthly rota, payroll submissions, and provisions.
6. Request quotations and process payments using tracking sheets and Tradeshift, including urgent payments.
7. Help plan daily maintenance tasks with the team.
8. Ensure all monthly checks (fire doors, fire extinguishers, legionella, waste management, etc.) are completed and documented.
9. Ensure weekly checks (fire alarm tests, lift alarms, panic buttons, etc.) are completed and recorded.
10. Organize fire safety training, including fire cards, evac chair, and DM training.
11. Follow up on team training sessions.
12. Conduct and follow up on health and safety meetings.
13. Organize disposal of electrical and hazardous waste outside of Veolia services.
14. Assist maintenance with daily tasks not involving electrical work.
15. Perform daily pool tests and monitor chemical levels.
16. Place orders for maintenance and other departments.
17. Record incidents in PRIME and follow up as needed.
