I am currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a well-established business, having specialised in their arena for over 20 years.
Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
1. Generate new business opportunities, be that over the phone or face to face
2. Lead generation and marketing research to identify trends, competitors and opportunities for business growth
3. Regular usage of internal CRM to input, track and follow up on customer information
4. Work to and overachieve on sales targets, both individual and team
Requirements:
As a Business Development Manager, you will need:
5. Proven track record of working in sales, with a focus on business development
6. Experience of working within manufacturing, construction or technical environments
7. Strong communication skills, verbal and written
8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Benefits:

9. A salary of up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
10. Commission
11. 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays
