Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for Packing Operatives for our valued client based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. Job role:
* Pack products safely and securely according to company procedures
* Check items for damage or defects before packing
* Ensure correct quantities and product types are packed for each order
* Label packages accurately for dispatch
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the packing area
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times
* Work as part of a team to meet daily packing targets and deadlines
* Assist with general warehouse duties when required, such as sorting or moving stock
* Report any issues with products, packaging, or equipment to the supervisor
Skills required:
* Physically able to stand for long periods and handle light to moderate lifting
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Ability to follow instructions and procedures
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Basic understanding of health and safety in a warehouse environment

* £12.21 per hour + Holiday accrual
* Monday to Friday - No weekends!
