Overview
The Quality Enhancement Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the continuous improvement of teaching, learning and assessment across the college. Working collaboratively with curriculum leaders, teachers, trainers, assessors and all staff engaged in teaching and learning activities as well as the wider Quality Team, the postholder will drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and professional curiosity that ensures every learner benefits from consistently high-quality educational experiences. The role focuses on supporting colleagues to embed exceptional practice, evaluate the impact of teaching, and contribute to being exceptional across all areas of provision in line with the College's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and strategic priorities.
Responsibilities

Interviews and safeguarding
Interviews are expected to take place on Thursday 23rd April 2026. The College is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and will undertake an Enhanced DBS, safer recruitment vetting and online checks for all successful candidates.
