Clyde & Co is seeking a Pitch Manager to lead and manage pitches that secure key client appointments and drive business growth. This role is central to converting opportunities into successful partnerships within our target client base.

You'll be instrumental in shaping high-stakes pitches and panel appointments, working alongside a dedicated BD team, fee earners, and business services experts. By developing best-in-class proposals, you'll play a key role in differentiating Clyde & Co from the competition. This is a unique opportunity to redefine the role, leveraging AI and technology to push boundaries in how we work with BD teams and enhance our approach to winning new business.

What You'll Do

Lead the production and delivery of major bids and tenders.

Develop tailored pitch strategies and guide go/no-go decisions.

Ensure pitch processes are managed efficiently from RFP to submission.

Collaborate with partners to craft compelling, commercially focused content.

Coach and prepare lawyers for client presentations.

Analyse bid outcomes, implementing improvements to enhance success rates.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing pitches in a professional services environment (legal sector preferred).

Expertise in procurement-led panel processes and transactional bids.

Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.#

Exceptional communication & negotiation skills, with confidence in influencing stakeholders.

Creative, commercial mindset, with experience in branding, design, and copywriting for bid responses.

Proficiency in CRM systems (InterAction preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
