£30,000 - £45,000 with an excellent commission scheme

What you’ll be doing
This is a hybrid, white collar construction recruitment role, focusing on Project Managers, Construction Managers and everything around it. You’ll be expected to bring industry knowledge and ideally clients you can transition quickly. That means hitting the ground running and delivering results, not just promises.
You’ll be building on your existing billing track record, growing client relationships, and driving revenue. The company is looking for tenure, so this isn’t a short-term stop; it’s an opportunity to establish yourself as a cornerstone of the business.
