Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate quotations for spare parts for company machinery and OEM equipment
* Process orders, raise purchase orders, and manage procurement timelines
* Coordinate logistics, including courier and pallet shipments
* Arrange fitting or installation services where required
* Manage both simple and complex spares projects
* Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, stock, and dispatch activity
* Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
* Technical, engineering, or manufacturing background (essential)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Proactive problem-solving approach
* Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers
* IT literate, with experience using order management systems and office software
