The Role
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Housekeeper to join our friendly team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our care home is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, helping to create a safe and pleasant atmosphere for residents, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out daily cleaning duties in residents' rooms, communal areas, bathrooms, and offices.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control in line with care home policies.
* Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and distribution of clothes/linen.
* Ensure cleaning products and equipment are used safely and appropriately.
* Work as part of a supportive team, respecting residents' dignity and privacy at all times.
About You
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (ideally in a care setting, but not essential).
* An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Friendly, approachable, and able to work well as part of a team.
* Understanding of infection control and health & safety (training provided).
* Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a busy environment.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
