We are seeking an ambitious and inspirational Head of Science and Maths Faculty to lead our successful team. This is a key leadership position for a science teacher with the vision and drive to shape provision across both Science and Mathematics. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and curriculum development, and for supporting colleagues to deliver excellent outcomes for all students.

Is a specialist science teacher with a track record of excellent classroom practice.
Has the ambition and leadership skills to motivate, challenge and support colleagues.
Is committed to raising achievement and narrowing gaps for disadvantaged and SEND students.
Understands the importance of quality first teaching, data-led decision making, and research-informed practice.
