We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to work on a permanent basis based on the Wirral and travelling to clients sites across the UK.
Salary is c£35-40,000 per annum plus overtime, holidays, pension etc
Main Accountabilities for the Field Service Engineer:
1. Assemble and test machinery at the UK workshop, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and customer requirements.
2. Install, commission, and service mechanical and electrical systems on customer sites, providing on-site and remote technical support.
3. Diagnose faults, carry out preventative maintenance, and complete repairs efficiently using mechanical and electrical drawings.
4. Maintain strong professional relationships with customers, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
5. Safely plan and install PVC pipework and other related systems, following all Health & Safety procedures and risk assessments.
6. Support colleagues, apprentices, and subcontractors to deliver projects effectively and uphold company standards.
7. Maintain accurate technical documentation, service reports, and maintenance records.
