We are working with Schools and Local Authorities in your area and are looking for Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs in your community. Experience: 2+ years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way.
Responsibilities
* CPD and employee mentoring: TES CPD suite and professional mentor access
* SEND Support Team: Support to keep a team around you and the child
* Community and Company Events: Knowledge sharing and resources
* Referral Programme: Get rewarded for successful tutor referrals
* Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
* Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment
* Location-based work: Based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote/online jobs
* Bembridge, Isle of Wight location and compensation details
Qualifications
* Subjects: Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
* Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
* Compliance: Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this if needed) and 2+ professional references
* Location: You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote/online jobs
* Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment
