Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, drafting legal documents, conducting due diligence, and providing expert advice to clients on all aspects of conveyancing.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Conveyancing, including handling residential and commercial property transactions
* Knowledge in Law and areas such as Family Law and Labor and Employment Law
* Experience in Commercial Real Estate and related legal processes
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and all stakeholders with excellent interpersonal skills
* Proficient in legal research and document preparation with keen attention to detail
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, with current practicing credentials
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload efficiently
* Experience within a family-focused legal environment is a plus
