Responsibilities
Senior Support Worker responsibilities include contributing to a person-centred approach to support adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, assisting in activities of daily living, promoting independence, and working as part of a supportive team.
* Support Service Users in a caring environment
* Engage and interact with Service Users with good communication
* Maintain calm under pressure
* Work both independently and as part of a team

* Demonstrate good written skills
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in a caring environment preferred, but not essential
* Able to work days, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays
* Good communication skills to engage with Service Users
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Confidence to work alone and as part of a team

What We Do
