WeareseekinganexperiencedWaterConsultancyLeadtoestablishandgrowanewmultidisciplinarywaterdesigncapabilityintheSouthEast.Thisisaseniorleadershiprolewithfullresponsibilityforcreatingasatelliteoffice,buildingahigh-performingteam,anddeliveringhigh-qualitywaterindustrydesignservicesinlinewithstrategicbusinessobjectives.
Youwillplayakeyroleinshapingthefutureofthebusinessintheregion,combiningpeopleleadership,technicalgovernance,andoperationaldeliveryacrossregulatedwaterprojects.

* EstablishandleadanewSouthEastsatelliteofficeforwaterconsultancyservices
* Identify,attract,andrecruitlocalengineeringandmanagementtalent
* Build,manage,anddevelopamultidisciplinarydesignteam,fosteringapositiveandhigh-performanceculture
* Planandgrowtheteaminlinewithstrategicobjectivesandmanageorganisationalstructureandresourcing
* EnsureallworkisdeliveredinaccordancewithESLdesignprocessesandprocedures
* Overseeproductionoffullyintegrateddesigndeliverablesthatmeetsafety,quality,programme,andbudgetexpectations
* Ensureappropriatestandards,bestpractice,andsoftwaretoolsareconsistentlyapplied
* Managedeliverytoagreedtimescalesanddesignhours
* Ensureallprojectchangesarefullycapturedandrecordedinlinewithgovernancerequirements
RequiredQualifications&Experience
* Minimum10yearsexperienceinaregulatedengineeringsector,suchas:

* DegreeorHNDinanengineeringorrelateddiscipline
* StrongITskillsandfamiliaritywithmodernengineeringandmanagementtools
* Proventrackrecordmanagingmultidisciplinarydesignteamsandcomplexprojects
* Demonstrableexperiencebuildingandgrowingteams
