Internal Communications and Engagement Manager Surrey, occasional international travel This role is a North West Europe Communications and Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving positive two-way dialogue across the region, aligning with the company's strategic goals. Reporting to the Regional HR Officer for Europe and working closely with the Global Head of Communications, this position will involve leading regional social media efforts, creating and utilizing communication materials, templates, and imagery to enhance proactive communication, interest potential candidates, and boost employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Own and maintain the region ensuring relevant content and a robust communications network. Source and post relevant news content regularly, collaborating with Regional HR and country MDs to ensure proactive and effective communications. Create, implement, and coordinate regional comms champions to reflect priority groups. Produce regular regional newsletters. Prepare presentations and communication material for People plans, focusing on integrated ESG solutions. Prepare employee welcome packs/briefing materials for new business wins. Set up and ensure ownership of a regional SharePoint for HR and key people agenda topics. Act as the regional point of contact for media requests, leading on messaging and managing responses. Act as a local point of contact and liaison between the local crisis team, leadership, agencies, and group. Define, manage, and promote a regional comms plan, collaborating with country HR leads and managers. Experience: Proven track record in creating appropriate communications tailored to the audience and purpose. Able to work as part of a fast-paced team, thinking locally while maintaining a regional and corporate perspective. Demonstrated ability to create structured plans, meet deadlines, and engage key stakeholders. Advanced skills in PowerPoint, media, and Microsoft Word. Must have previous experience in a similar role.
