Working alongside experienced Sales and Business Managers, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of BMW Financial Services and regulated finance processes, building the foundations for a successful career in automotive management. What You'll Be Developing Professional customer finance and insurance discussions Expert knowledge of BMW Financial Services products Strong compliance standards across FCA, GDPR, TCF, and customer vulnerability Accurate, auditable documentation and process excellence Collaboration, confidence, and commercial awareness Who We're Looking For You'll be detail-driven, ethical, and motivated by progression. You're confident without ego, comfortable working within structure, and committed to developing yourself in a regulated, premium environment. 2-3 years' professional experience Strong communication and attention to detail A calm, professional, customer-first approach A genuine long-term career mindset Experience in regulated environments or customer-facing financial roles is an advantage.
