You will have direct input into all aspects of the business giving you real independence and job satisfaction every day! Business Development (sales), cold calling, meetings, presentations and generating the data base with access to all industries and locations Writing great ads to attract candidates, screening and interviewing Selecting applicants and filling vacancies Client Account Management, building authentic, great business relationships Managing candidate pool and their expectations Key Skills: You will be hard working and enjoy coming to work within a team. This is NOT a hybrid or remote role. You will be comfortable working in a small team, with the ability to motivate yourself and stay focused. As the business grows you will be involved in the hiring of future colleagues, developing the culture and what the company looks and feels like.
