IT Support Engineer - Orpington - On-site with occasional travel to customer sites - £28k - £35k
FryerMiles are delighted to be working with an award winning, integrated solutions provider to assist with their recruitment of an On-site L1 & L2 Engineer.
Specific responsibilities include:
1. Support customers on-site via email, phone or ticketing system
2. Overseeing technical support to other sites where issues can't be resolved remotely
3. Acting as the initial point of contact for diagnostics, incident logging and configurations
4. Contributing to log all calls via a ticketing system
5. Provide out-of-hours support on-site to customers as and when required
6. Ability to create reports and document issues whilst escalating when required
7. Liaising with senior teams for complex issues and learn the troubleshooting steps for new users
8. Allocate complex issues to the relevant teams
Experience/Qualification:
9. 1-2 years in a proven background in IT support and managed service delivery
10. CompTIA A+, Network A+ or Microsoft Certified
11. Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
12. Proficient in Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Office365 and Networking
13. Excellent understanding in troubleshooting hardware, software and networking
14. Willing to travel to customer sites as and when needed
15. Must hold a full driving licence
