The Role
As a Paid Media Executive, you’ll play a key role in executing and managing paid advertising campaigns, ensuring they drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. Working across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and YouTube, you’ll help develop innovative campaigns that deliver real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of paid media strategies to meet client objectives.
Manage and optimise paid campaigns across multiple channels.
Work closely with creative teams to develop ad content that drives engagement.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to boost results.
Conduct market research and audience targeting to inform campaign strategies.
Prepare performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
About You
Up to 2 years’ experience in paid media, ideally across Google Ads & Meta.
A strong interest in digital marketing and data-driven advertising.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
A natural problem-solver with great analytical skills.
Experience with Google Analytics is beneficial.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
