Maintaining Operational Excellence
* Oversee daily retail operations including rostering, stock management, stock take, and store procedures
* Ensure smooth store operations while adapting quickly to business needs and challenges
* Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards aligned with brand expectations
Leading & Developing the Team
* Inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve sales goals and service excellence
* Foster a positive and collaborative team culture within the store
