Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and talented UX Designer Intern to join our team. This is an unpaid internship, ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of UX design. The intern will be required to come to the office once per week and will benefit from free membership to all our webinars and panels, providing an excellent opportunity to learn from industry leaders and grow their professional network. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the design team to create user-centered designs for our platform, including wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces. - Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions. - Assist in the development and maintenance of our design system. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the user experience. - Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing. - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices. Requirements: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. - Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to take initiative and work independently. - Passionate about design and eager to learn.
