Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Newton Abbot for a Lead AV Install Engineer at Azro - Cinema & Smart Home. The Lead AV Install Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of audio visual systems, managing a installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Control4 / Lutron and similar install and configuration experience - min. 5 years
* A passion for Home Cinema and high end audio
* The ability to lead on site and deliver projects
* Technical Troubleshooting skills
* Customer Service and Communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Certifications such as CTS, CTS-D, or CEDIA are a plus
* Full Driving License
