We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting people, improving workplace practices, and making a real impact across the organisation. As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a key role in unlocking the potential of our workforce by providing expert ER guidance and coaching managers through complex people matters. The ideal candidate will be CIPD accredited, have a strong understanding of employment legislation, and bring experience managing a broad range of employee relations cases. You will be confident influencing stakeholders, solving problems effectively, and approaching challenges with a proactive and innovative mindset.
